Mail-In & Shipping

Mail-in customers should submit the intake form and wait for instructions before shipping any equipment. Do not ship your drone until your intake has been reviewed and you receive shipping guidance.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for inbound shipping and inbound shipping risk. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method and sturdy packaging. Return shipping may be billed separately. Lithium battery shipping may be restricted by carrier rules.

Returns & Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees cover inspection, review, documentation, and recommended next steps, and may be non-refundable once inspection work has begun. Because most items are customer-owned equipment sent in for repair, standard retail “returns” do not apply; unrepaired or declined items are returned to you, with return shipping billed separately where applicable.
