These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Patriot Drone Repair & Readiness services. By submitting an intake form or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

Service Process

Most services begin with an intake review and, when needed, a diagnostic inspection. No paid repair work begins until the scope, parts, labor, and next step have been communicated and approved by you.

Fees & Payment

Diagnostic fees, parts, labor, shipping, and additional services may be billed separately. Diagnostic fees may be non-refundable once inspection work has begun.

Repair Limitations

Some drones may not be repairable or cost-effective to repair. Water damage, severe crash damage, and battery-related issues may require additional review. We are an independent service provider and are not a manufacturer-authorized repair center unless explicitly stated. Some repairs may affect manufacturer warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in these terms. Customers are responsible for inbound shipping risk on mail-in equipment.
