Repair Status Updates
If you have already submitted a drone service request, use this page to request a repair status update. Please include your name, contact information, drone model, and any service reference number or intake confirmation you received.
Until an automated repair tracker is active, status updates may be handled manually by email or phone. Customers should allow reasonable time for review, diagnostics, parts sourcing, repair work, and return coordination.
Common Repair Status Stages
Intake Received
Your service request has been submitted and is waiting for review. We may need additional information, photos, model details, or clarification before recommending the next step.
Diagnostic Review
Your drone issue is being reviewed. This may include checking symptoms, visible damage, crash history, battery concerns, controller connection, photos, and available service information.
Estimate Pending Approval
A recommended service path, repair estimate, parts requirement, or next step has been prepared or is being prepared. No paid repair work begins until the next step is communicated and approved.
Parts or Repair in Progress
Approved repair or build work is underway, or required parts are being sourced. Timeline may depend on part availability, repair complexity, shipping, and testing needs.
Ready for Pickup or Return Shipping
Service is complete or the next action is ready. Customers may receive pickup instructions, return shipping details, invoice information, or final service notes.
Status Update Notes
